Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Central London.

Our Front Office Receptionists support the Front Office Manager to ensure a guest is met with a genuine welcome and that their needs are attended to throughout their stay.

As a Front Office Receptionist, you'll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and assist with inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
- Promote IHG One Rewards and upsell rooms and F&B outlets.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and ensure smooth communication between shifts.
- Monitor security and adhere to hotel protocols.
- Handle guest requests, queries, and concerns, and elevate when necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hotel reception experience (4- or 5-star experience preferred).
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with IT systems like Opera and Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
