At Kimpton Fitzroy London , we are looking for a Events Coordinator to join our team.

Kimpton Fitzroy London is an iconic 19th-century building that combines historic grandeur with contemporary interiors, located on the eastern side of Bloomsbury’s Russell Square. We offer a unique luxury hotel experience and are seeking a passionate individual to be part of this lifestyle property.

As an Events Coordinator , your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the event planning process
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals and contracts
  • Maintaining and updating event records, schedules, and client information in the CRM system
  • Liaising with clients, responding to inquiries, and supporting the team

This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and develop your career in event planning.

What we need from you:

  • A Bachelor\’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
  • 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
