We have a new opportunity for a Manager, Campaign Marketing to take hands-on ownership of our Europe portfolio commercial campaigns, based in our global HQ in Windsor. Behind every IHG portfolio campaign is someone making sure it lands, is on brief, on time and in front of the right audience. That is the heart of this role. This role sits in our Campaign Marketing team and focuses on IHG seasonal tactical commercial campaigns that run throughout the year.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of our seasonal tactical campaigns, across Spring, Summer, Autumn, Cyber and Winter.
- You’ll work closely with the Commercial team to understand business needs and then help shape the campaign brief and plan with guidance from the Senior Manager.
- From there, you’ll keep things moving across our in-house delivery teams in Paid Media, Owned Media and Creative Services, with support from an Executive in the team.
- You’ll manage timelines that often shift, juggle competing priorities, and keep your stakeholders close and well informed throughout.
- You’ll also lead our competitor and insights work for portfolio campaigns, keeping the team up to date on what’s happening in the market and feeding that back into how we plan.
What you’ll bring:
- You’ll bring significant marketing experience, ideally including hands-on campaign delivery in a complex organisation where you’ve balanced several priorities and stakeholders at once.
- Travel or hospitality is a bonus, but we’re just as interested in strong transferable experience from agency, retail or elsewhere.
- We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and can move things forward without close direction.
- You’ll be a confident communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable working to process, and happy in a high-volume, fast-moving environment where timelines shift.
If you’d like to shape campaigns that reach audiences around the world, we’d love to hear from you. Tell us what you’d bring to the team and apply today.
