InterContinental Edinburgh The George Hotel is full of culture and has been serving guests since 1881, providing an alluring guest experience and personal and attentive service. We offer a luxury InterContinental experience combined with our unique character and charming building, home to Scotland's first Le Petit Beefbar Restaurant.

As a Concierge, your main duties and responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for our guests and ensuring a uniquely personal experience for every guest. You will provide recommendations within the city for dining, drinking, and adventuring, and deal with queries and guest requests to ensure all our guests leave with a smile on their face.

To succeed as a Concierge, you will need:

  • Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial
  • Knowledge of the local area, especially good spots for food and drink
  • Passion for providing luxury experiences and personalising our Guests' stay
  • Ability to work together in a team with guests as our centre focus

You must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK.
