In this role you will shape and lead BRR Operations for a global legal function.
You will align processes, technology, data, and supplier relations to deliver a scalable, data-driven service.
You’ll partner with senior leaders across Legal, Risk, Compliance and Technology to drive meaningful change and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Set the direction for operations across the function, ensuring processes, technology, data and supplier relationships support high performance
- Deliver an operational strategy including operating model design, process improvement and service delivery models
- Manage relationships with law firms and external legal providers to ensure performance, value and commercial outcomes
- Oversee external legal spend, budgeting and forecasting, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs
- Use reporting and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions and support long-term planning
- Drive adoption of legal technology and AI solutions to boost productivity and user experience
- Lead the BRR Knowledge Strategy to ensure knowledge, templates and resources are accessible and relevant
- Build strong partnerships across Legal, Risk, Compliance and other business functions to enable sustainable improvements
- Key requirements
- Significant experience in operations within in-house or large legal functions
- Strong expertise in managing law firms, supplier relationships and external legal spend
- Track record of process improvement and delivering operational change
- Confidence using data and insights to influence decisions and priorities
- Experience with legal technology, knowledge management or digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and challenge constructively when needed
