As a Concierge, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for our guests and ensuring a uniquely personal experience for every guest.
- Providing recommendations within the city for dining, drinking, and adventuring.
- Dealing with queries and guest requests, ensuring all our guests leave with a smile on their face.
To succeed as a Concierge, you will need:
- Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the local area, especially good spots for food and drink.
- A passion for providing luxury experiences and going above and beyond to personalise our Guests' stay.
- The ability to work together in a team with guests as our centre focus.
- To meet the legal requirements to work in the UK.
