Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation process including preparing ingredients, seasoning meats, taking inventories, overseeing deliveries, organising and basic cleaning in the kitchen.
  • Communicate with the team and ensure proper presentation of food as directed by the Chef de Partie.
  • Cook and prepare elements of high quality dishes whilst assisting the other chef within different departments and the main kitchen.
  • Work a range of shifts and days as the hotel is open 7 days a week 365 days a year.
