To succeed as Club Lounge Assistant, you will need:
- Experience as a waiter, bartender or host ideally in a 4 or 5* Hotel
- An eye for detail – you will make sure our service is up to InterContinental standards
- Passion for providing luxury experiences, not shy to go above and beyond to personalise our guests’ stay and provide your local wisdom to enhance their experience
- Experienced in handling guests queries and concerns
- Ability to work together in the team with guests as our centre focus
