- Inter Continental London Park Lane , we are currently looking to for a
Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Compile a variety of reports and support the sales and marketing team with daily, weekly, and monthly data.
- Maintain excellent communication with the wider hotel team, suppliers and clients.
- Assist the team with completing and sending out reports, ordering stationery, managing stock levels, and raising purchase orders as required.
- Support the marketing team in the preparation of video and photo shoots and the updating of hotel collateral.
Qualifications
- An understanding of the luxury hotel industry.
- A thirst for learning in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.
- A Marketing, Hospitality degree, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar position in a luxury/upscale hotel environment is desirable, but not essential.
- Salary & Benefits
- £32,000 per annum plus annual sales bonus and great IHG perks.
