We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Fine Dining team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to support the leadership of one of London’s premier dining destinations, delivering personalised service that exceeds expectations while inspiring and developing a talented team.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional luxury service throughout every shift.
- Support the day‑to‑day operation of our fine dining restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Inspire, coach and develop the restaurant team, creating a culture of excellence, accountability and teamwork.
- Build genuine relationships with guests, recognising preferences and creating personalised dining experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Sommelier and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Support labour management, stock control, scheduling and cost efficiencies.
- Drive revenue through exceptional product knowledge, wine recommendations and premium upselling.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and luxury brand standards.
- Take ownership of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be passionate about luxury hospitality and thrive in a fast‑paced fine dining environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience within luxury or fine dining restaurants.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or Assistant Restaurant Manager position.
- Previous experience within a five‑star hotel or internationally recognised luxury hospitality brand.
- Outstanding leadership and people development skills.
- A strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and luxury service standards.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing costs, labour and revenue performance.
- Food Safety certification (essential).
- WSET or equivalent wine qualification (desirable).
You must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK.

- Annual salary of £38,616.76 plus service charge and paid overtime
