At Kimpton Fitzroy London we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our luxury hotel in Central London. As a Chef de Partie you will oversee Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service, assist in devising new menus and preparing healthy, balanced and tasty food using the finest seasonal produce. You will work independently as well as part of a team, continuously improving your skills and knowledge. The role also includes food safety duties, stock ordering and meeting dietary needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in menu development and recipe preparation.
  • Prepare food using best seasonal produce.
  • Maintain food safety standards and compliance.
  • Order stock and manage inventory levels.
  • Address dietary requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Commis Chef in a 4‑5 star hotel or restaurant.
  • Valid City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent.
  • Experience working across all kitchen sections.
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a broader hotel team.
