A bit about what you will do:
- Co-ordinate and oversee all F&B reservations ensuring every guest receives personalised service that will be remembered.
- Manage all F&B reservations, handling bookings and queries whilst maximizing sales.
- Oversee the flow of each dining service by arranging and organising the layout and occupancy.
- Occasionally host in one of our F&B outlets as required.
- Liaise with the team regarding menus and other related matters.
