Job Description
Job Purpose
As a Market Data and Repository Analyst, you will join a team that combines client support, operational oversight, and market data and regulatory compliance responsibilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, business and client compliance with regulations, and client compliance with market data policies.
Responsibilities
- Client Support
- Work with a wide range of global clients as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Facilitate the onboarding, entitlement, ongoing support and/or termination processes for clients using our services/products.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and feedback loops.
- Operations Support
- Monitor and manage daily operational workflows to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in resolving operational issues, escalating where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e. g., product, dev, compliance) to improve processes and client experience.
- Market Data Compliance & Audit
- Assist in audit reviews of ICE customers, including analysis of technical data flows and entitlement controls.
- Consult with clients (hedge funds, investment banks, proprietary traders, redistributors) on audit controls and compliance requirements.
- Support the audit process from notification and analysis through to resolution of any issues.
- Knowledge and Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and operational dashboards.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with compliance and governance issues related to market data licensing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High work ethic, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Knowledge of software development, life cycle and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with technical teams (QA and development) as well as sales and end users.
