This dynamic and Member-facing role within the ICE Futures Europe (IFEU) Market Regulation department will support the team in the onboarding and ongoing monitoring of IFEU’s Members, ensuring their adherence to IFEU and regulatory requirements. The Member Oversight Analyst will demonstrate excellent analytical and investigative skills, will be proficient in writing reports, have strong interpersonal skills, an interest in finance, and a keen aptitude for research.
Responsibilities
- Administration and coordination of Member monitoring and outreach programmes
- Attend and lead Member-facing engagements with senior stakeholders at Member firms, such as investment banks, algorithmic trading firms, brokerages and proprietary trading firms
- Assisting with the review and processing of new Membership applications
- Compiling and analysing relevant Member data/metrics
- Preparing reports for colleagues and senior management
- Project management, including coordinating internal and external meetings
- Providing excellent customer service, responding to telephone and email enquiries from Members and market participants
- Issuing correspondence to Members and assisting with Exchange investigations in relation to suspected instances of rule breaches
- Maintenance of internal policies and procedures
Knowledge and Experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (Finance/Mathematics/Economics/Law/Engineering or similar)
- Strong IT literacy skills
- Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, interacting effectively at all levels, including with external stakeholders
- Proficient at identifying various issues and working efficiently to resolve problems
- Enthusiastic approach and a drive to continually improve and develop working practices and industry knowledge
- Strong organisational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and to deadlines
