At Scotland's first and only Le Petit Beefbar Restaurant, we are looking for a Chef De Rang to join us. This highly exclusive restaurant, born in Monte Carlo in 2005, is the epitome of creativity and luxury service, focusing on quality ingredients.
As a Chef De Rang, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating our guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Educating our guests on the story and concept of Beefbar.
- Dealing with any special requests or service recovery issues.
- Putting the guest first in all that you do.
- Providing customers with menu recommendations and drink pairings.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working within a restaurant as a Server, Waiter/Waitress or Host (experience in an internationally branded high-end restaurant is preferred).
- Confidence in delivering great service, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to help out where needed.
- A passion for providing luxury experiences and personalising our guests' stay.
- The ability to work together in a team with guests as our centre focus.
