A fantastic opportunity to join Scotland's first and only Le Petit Beefbar Restaurant at The InterContinental Edinburgh The George on a Full-Time contract! You will earn £14.60 per hour, equal to £30,368.00 salary, plus service charge.
This highly exclusive restaurant, born in Monte Carlo in 2005, is the epitome of creativity and luxury service, focusing on quality ingredients with a modern take on well-thought-out but simple dishes divided into three sections: sexy street food, great meat cuts, and iconic dishes.
InterContinental Edinburgh The George is home to the first and only Beefbar in Scotland, making a mark on Edinburgh's food and drink scene.
As a Restaurant Team Leader, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our Restaurant Manager to run Le Petit Beefbar.
- Running the restaurant in the absence of the manager and dealing with high-level service recoveries.
- Ensuring customers receive the best service possible.
- Training new starters and continuously developing team members.
To succeed as a Restaurant Team Leader, you will need:
- Experience working within a restaurant, bar, or hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager.
- Experience developing and coaching team members.
- A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
- A passion for providing luxury experiences and personalising guests' stays.
