A fantastic opportunity to join Scotland's first and only Le Petit Beefbar Restaurant at The InterContinental Edinburgh The George on a Full-Time contract! You will earn £14.60 per hour, equal to £30,368.00 salary, plus service charge.
This highly exclusive restaurant, born in Monte Carlo in 2005, is the epitome of creativity and luxury service, focusing on quality ingredients. Riccardo Giraudi has created Beefbar to break tradition and introduce a modern take on incredibly well-thought-out but simple dishes divided into three sections: sexy street food, great meat cuts, and iconic dishes.
InterContinental Edinburgh The George is home to the first and only Beefbar in Scotland, and we are proud to be making a mark on Edinburgh's food and drink scene.

As a Restaurant Team Leader, your main duties and responsibilities will include supporting our Restaurant Manager to run our Le Petit Beef Bar. You will support in the absence of the manager to run the restaurant and deal with any high-level service recoveries, ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible. You will also be involved with the training of new starters and continuous development of our team members, leading by example.
To succeed as a Restaurant Team Leader, you will need:
- Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
- Experience developing and coaching team members to ensure they perform at their best.
- A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
- Passion for providing luxury experiences, going above and beyond to personalise our Guests' stay.
