This highly exclusive restaurant, born in Monte Carlo in 2005, is the epitome of creativity and luxury service, focusing on quality ingredients. Riccardo Giraudi has created Beefbar to break tradition and introduce a modern take on incredibly well-thought-out but simple dishes divided into three sections: sexy street food, great meat cuts, and iconic dishes.
InterContinental Edinburgh The George is home to the first and only Beefbar in Scotland, and we are proud to be making a mark on Edinburgh's food and drink scene.
As a Restaurant Team Leader, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our Restaurant Manager to run Le Petit Beefbar.
- Running the restaurant in the absence of the manager and dealing with high-level service recoveries.
- Ensuring customers receive the best service possible.
- Training new starters and continuously developing team members.
To succeed as a Restaurant Team Leader, you will need:
- Experience working within a restaurant, bar, or hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager.
- Experience developing and coaching team members.
- A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
- A passion for providing luxury experiences and personalising guests' stays.
