Fin is looking for a Senior Audience Marketing Manager to own the audience strategy for brand activations, events and product moments. You will build and grow high-quality audiences, drive engagement, and deliver commercial outcomes through strategic planning and multichannel campaigns.

You will partner with Brand Activations, Demand Generation, Field Marketing and Sales to design journeys, optimize campaigns and improve pipeline conversion using tools like Marketo, Intercom, Luma and Claude AI.
