We’re looking for a Team Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to our Executive Assistant team, including the Executive Board of Directors, while also taking ownership of several key business areas independently. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where your contributions will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inboxes and handling email correspondence
- Calendar and diary management for senior leaders
- Preparing professional correspondence and documentation
- Handling incoming calls and messages
- Attending and supporting team meetings
- Processing director’s expense claims
- Reconciling credit card statements
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Assisting with internal and external events
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a strong administrative background, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or team assistant role
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
- Experience in diary management and office administration
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
