You’ll be the voice behind our campaigns, the curiosity in every customer conversation, and the driving force behind high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). From turning MQLs into meaningful conversations to uncovering upsell and cross-sell potential, you’ll help us connect the right customers with the right solutions all while capturing the intelligence that powers smarter selling. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively prospect Marketing-driven campaigns into a defined group of SME/Enterprise customers. Convert MQLs into SQLs through multi-touchpoint engagement including calls, emails, and social outreach. Uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, capturing detailed business intelligence and customer sentiment. Follow agreed Rules of Engagement, ensuring account manager alignment and use of approved communication channels.
  • Customer Intelligence & CRM Excellence: Enrich customer data through discovery conversations capturing renewal risks, concerns, competitive activity, and key lifecycle milestones. Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring forecasting and pipeline data is accurate and up to date.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Support Marketing-led events, ensuring maximum attendance and structured follow-up activity. Work closely with Account Management, Customer Support and Marketing to ensure seamless customer experience. Use social media proactively to promote campaigns, share relevant content, and identify engagement opportunities.
  • Coaching & Leadership Support: Assist the Lead Generation Manager with training, call reviews, shadowing sessions and coaching junior BDRs. Support the management of active campaigns, team briefings and performance analytics when required.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally in a Technology or MSP context.
  • Experience in Account Management or Customer Success is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in building strong customer relationships and delivering effective discovery conversations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Skilled in CRM usage, pipeline management, and data accuracy.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies, processes, or training experience is advantageous.
  • Degree-level qualification preferred but not essential.

Skills & Competencies

  • Adaptability & Organisation: Plans time effectively and follows procedures; meets deadlines and stays focused.
  • Financial & Commercial Awareness: Understands commercial principles and ensures data accuracy.
  • Effective Communication: Communicates logically, professionally, and persuasively. Actively listens and shares ideas clearly. Supports junior team development through coaching and feedback.
