What You’ll Do
As CTO, you will define and execute the technology vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Your role combines internal leadership—optimising systems, tools, and IT infrastructure—with external influence as a trusted advisor to customers and a thought leader in the industry.
- Set the Technology Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Accelerate Managed Service Growth: Drive expansion of managed services offerings with scalability and innovation.
- Operate at C‑Suite Level: Collaborate with board members and senior executives internally and represent Intercity externally with customers and partners.

- Proven ability to design and implement technology strategies aligned to business goals.
- Expertise across cloud architecture, Microsoft ecosystem, cybersecurity, networks, SOC, scalable platforms, automation, and AI adoption.
- Strong track record in MSP/MSSP environments and Microsoft partnerships (Azure, M365, Defender, Sentinel, AI/Copilot).
- Experience building and inspiring high‑performing technical teams.
- Skilled in budget management, investment planning, and commercial evaluation.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to make the complex simple and influence at all levels.
