We’re looking for a strategic and proactive Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our talented team, supporting our Telco Business Unit, working across multiple channels and collaborating closely with Events, Paid Media, and Content functions to deliver performance-driven campaign activity that accelerates growth and maximises ROI.
As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in planning, executing, analysing and optimising multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll leverage HubSpot and other tools to manage data, nurture contacts throughout the marketing funnel and inform decisions with insights that sharpen performance.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Marketing Campaign Specialist
- Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Lead the implementation of integrated campaigns across email, paid ads, social media, search, events and more ensuring alignment to strategic goals and performance outcomes.
- Audience Targeting: Build well-segmented lists for targeted engagement, driving personalised communication that resonates.
- CRM & Automation: Use HubSpot and CRM platforms like MS Dynamics 365 to automate campaigns, track engagement and manage leads effectively.
- Paid Advertising: Support and optimise paid search and social campaigns to maximise reach, conversions and ROI.
- Content Collaboration: Work with Content teams to develop compelling messages and assets that support campaign objectives.
- Data & Insight: Monitor campaign performance and apply data-driven insights to improve results and guide future strategy.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage campaign budgets, measure ROI, and coordinate with partners to ensure funds are used effectively.
- Event Support: Assist with the promotion and seamless integration of events into broader campaign activity.
- Reporting: Create clear performance reports to share insights and influence future planning.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a motivated campaign specialist with a performance mindset, analytical, organised and able to think both strategically and creatively.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing performance role, ideally in B2B.
- Demonstrable experience with HubSpot, including automation and analytics.
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience in managing paid advertising channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in A/B testing and optimisation.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate results effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing-related degree or relevant qualification (CIM, IDM or equivalent).
- HubSpot, Google or LinkedIn certified (desirable).
