  • Maintain strong on‑site visibility to uphold safety, presentation and occupier experience.
  • Lead front‑of‑house and visitor experience standards in line with the Intercity brand.
  • Health & Safety & Compliance
    • Apply Health & Safety policies on the ground, supporting the H&S Manager and committee.
    • Embed safe systems of work, RAMS verification and controlled contractor access.
    • Complete routine site checks, elevate risks and maintain statutory records.
    • Keep compliance documentation audit‑ready and up to date.
  • ESG, Performance & Improvement
    • Support sustainability and environmental initiatives across facilities operations.
    • Track utilities, waste and environmental performance and promote practical improvements.
    • Drive supplier performance through KPIs, SLAs and regular reviews.
    • Lead root‑cause analysis and embed corrective actions that actually stick.
  • People, Stakeholders & Commercial Control
    • Build strong working relationships with suppliers, occupiers and internal stakeholders.
    • Support, coach and develop FM team members.
    • Assist with budget control, PO management, quotations and tender activity.
    • Challenge costs and scopes to ensure value for money and service quality.

    Key Experience Required

    • Proven experience managing multisite facilities operations.
    • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, building compliance and statutory requirements.
    • Experience managing contractors, SLAs and operational performance.
    • Commercial confidence reviewing quotations, costs and supplier delivery.
    • The ability to stay calm, decisive and structured in a fast‑paced environment.
