We are looking for a Talent Attraction Advisor to join our team, in this role you will be supporting the Senior Talent Advisor with the full recruitment process. This will include advising hiring managers on any recruitment related matters, writing job adverts, pre-screening candidates and keeping candidates up to date on their application. As a Talent Attraction Advisor, you will be responsible for: Developing job descriptions and person specifications Writing job adverts Publishing job advertisements on the careers page and job boards Holding briefing calls with hiring manager Reviewing applications in line with the hiring manager brief Pre-Screening candidates in line with the hiring manager brief Coordinate and arrange interviews with candidates, hiring managers and recruitment agencies Liaising with hiring managers Keeping candidates up to date on their application Build up candidate talent pools with the inhouse ATS Candidate searches on LinkedIn and job boards Supporting hiring managers with the interview process, including sitting in on interviews at all levels of roles.
