Intercity Technology is looking for a Sales Training Coordinator to join the team to play a pivotal role in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of our sales team. You\’ll be driving continuous improvement, and ensure the team exceed their targets. As a Sales Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Developing and delivering training programs to improve sales team performance, focusing on processes, tools (such as Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI), and product knowledge. Providing ongoing training and support to ensure effective adoption of sales tools and systems. Collaborating with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted enablement initiatives. Supporting product launches and campaigns by developing and delivering enablement materials, playbooks, and training sessions. Partnering with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Acting as the key point of contact for external training providers.
