About The Role Intercity Technology is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team.In this role, youll play a key part in optimising sales and marketing operations, ensuring alignment with delivery teams, and driving revenue generation. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Overseeing the sales teams usage of the Dynamics 365 CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and adoption across teams. Collating requirements for and distribute dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and other business functions to streamline workflows and align processes with revenue goals. Monitoring and analysing key sales and marketing metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Assisting in designing and implementing scalable processes to enhance lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure rates. Ensuring cross-departmental alignment on revenue operations initiatives through effective communication and documentation. Working with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve process or system issues, minimising disruptions to sales and marketing operations.
