We're looking for a Senior Network & Security Engineer to take a leading technical role supporting a key customer site in Nuneaton. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for an experienced engineer who enjoys ownership, problem-solving and delivering real outcomes.
You’ll work across BAU support and project delivery, acting as a trusted technical presence on site and a go-to escalation point for complex network challenges.
About the role
This is a second-line and project-focused role, combining technical depth with strong customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues, delivering network projects end-to-end, and ensuring the customer's environment remains secure, stable and well-documented.
You’ll operate with confidence and autonomy, knowing when to take the lead and when to collaborate with senior colleagues and you’ll play a key role in guiding and mentoring a more junior engineer on site.
This role is based primarily at a customer site in Nuneaton and requires someone who is comfortable being visible, accountable and trusted.
