The Opportunity We are looking for a Head of Finance to join the Intercity senior leadership team.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership.
You will run the day-to-day finance function, drive the month-end close, lead a capable team and play a genuine part in shaping how the business operates.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a role where your fingerprints will be on the numbers that matter.

What You Will Do You will own the financial control environment across the Intercity group, lead a dedicated finance team and make sure the numbers going to the board and the CFO are accurate, timely and meaningful.
Beyond keeping the engine running, you will be expected to improve it.
Day to day that looks like: Taking full ownership of month-end close and delivering it to a consistent timetable Preparing the monthly board reporting pack including management accounts, KPIs and financial commentary, and presenting it with clarity
