About The Role

We’re looking for a Fulfilment Team Leader to take charge of our end-to-end order fulfilment operations, ensuring every product leaves our doors on time, in full, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities as a Fulfilment Team Leader
- Order Fulfilment
- Oversee and execute end-to-end fulfilment across all product categories.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders on progress and timelines.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality across all orders.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent delays or shortages.
- Troubleshoot fulfilment issues quickly and implement effective corrective actions.
- Line manage a diverse fulfilment team, providing coaching, support, and structured feedback.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Put the customer experience at the centre of every process.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Use data to drive smarter decisions, automation opportunities, and best-practice improvements.
- Partner with PMO, Operations and Product teams to align fulfilment processes with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in order fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Managed Service Provider/Telecoms provider experience.
- Strong leadership background with experience managing multi-skilled teams.
- Excellent problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Confident using fulfilment systems, data, and reporting to inform decisions.
- Detail-driven with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
- Proactive mindset with a drive for operational excellence.
