About The Role
Immediate recruitment support when it’s needed. We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our People team on a 2‑month fixed‑term contract to support operational hiring across the business. There’s potential for this to become rolling support depending on demand. This role is all about keeping recruitment moving at pace during a busy period. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the wider talent team to review applications, coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed from start to finish. If you’re organised, confident speaking with people and comfortable juggling multiple roles at once, this will suit you.
Key Responsibilities as a Recruitment Coordinator
- Posting job adverts and managing applications
- Reviewing CVs against role briefs
- Pre‑screening candidates and sharing recommendations
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Keeping candidates informed throughout the process
- Updating and maintaining our ATS
- Supporting hiring managers with interviews and feedback
- Helping manage offers and pre‑employment paperwork
- Carrying out basic candidate searches on LinkedIn and job boards
What we’re looking for
- You don’t need to be senior, but you do need to be reliable and confident operating in a recruitment environment.
- Has experience in recruitment, either agency or in‑house
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is organised and able to prioritise
- Has good attention to detail
- Is comfortable working with hiring managers and candidates
- Can pick things up quickly and keep things moving
