We are looking for a professional to ensure our contracts are robust, compliant, and commercially advantageous, contributing to the commercial growth and operational resilience of our business. Key Responsibilities as a Contracts Manager: Draft, Negotiate, Review, and Manage Contracts: Handle a broad portfolio of contracts, including customer agreements, supplier contracts, MSAs, SaaS agreements, SLAs, NDAs, renewals, and amendments. First Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for all contractual matters and queries. Contract Register and Milestone Tracker: Maintain an organised, auditable contract register and key milestone tracker. Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal governance, group policies, and applicable laws and regulations such as GDPR, Data Protection, and Ofcom.
