This role is crucial for supporting customer and internal environments, complex technical escalations, optimising platforms, and advancing automation to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Youll feel at home in this role if you are Microsoft certified and have solid 3rd line infrastructure support experience with a generalist focus, enjoy getting to the root of technical challenges, and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work for customers. Your time will be 70% tech focused, 30% working with clients to understand their business, identify issues before they arise and pro-actively manage their environments. This role is hybrid and you can be based in our Birmingham, Bolton or Meppershall office 3 days per week. Plus you will be required to be part of the weekend on-call rota to handle critical out-of-hours escalations, approx 1:5 weekends. As a Cloud
