Make an impact at the heart of modern endpoint management, with Intune at the centre of how you design, deliver and optimise secure Microsoft device solutions for customers. You will have strong experience delivering Intune, Autopilot and modern endpoint management projects in a Professional Services organisation, consultancy or other customer facing scenario. You'll balance reactive ticket work with proactive project delivery, switching priorities confidently while keeping service, quality and outcomes front and centre. This is a hybrid role, with travel once a week to our Meppershall site and occasional customer visits after you have completed your training. As well as strong technical experience you will have a collaborative working style, be comfortable engaging with customers and be able to demonstrate you are a strong team player. This role is external facing and is part of our professional services team; any experience of pre-sales would also be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Intune based endpoint management solutions across Windows, iOS, Android (mobile) and MacOS, AvD and W365.
- Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions and design engagements focused on modern endpoint strategy.
- Build and optimise Autopilot, provisioning workflows, configuration profiles, compliance policies and security baselines.
- Design and implement device compliance, identity-driven access and Zero Trust aligned controls.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and act as a senior escalation point for device, policy and configuration challenges.
- Develop governance frameworks for device lifecycle, patching, application deployment and operational excellence.
- Produce high-quality documentation, design artefacts and customer-ready technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Sales and commercial teams to contribute to commercial proposals on solution designs.
Key Experience:
- Strong experience delivering Intune, Autopilot and modern endpoint management projects in a Professional Services organization, consultancy or other customer facing scenario.
- Strong experience in Windows Powershell Scripting.
- Deep understanding of Windows 10/11, AvD, W365 and Mobile configuration management, security baselines and device lifecycle processes.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and identity-driven device controls.
- Solid understanding of application deployment, packaging, Win32 apps, MSIX or enterprise app lifecycle management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex device, policy and compliance issues across diverse environments.
- Knowledge of Windows Update for Business, feature update rings and patch governance.
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading customer workshops and technical discussions.
- A structured, methodical approach with ownership of outcomes.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and switch between tasks quickly.
- Ability to adhere to, uphold and develop processes.
- Good documentation skills.
- Undertake customer MCI (FA Accelerate) workshops including W365.
Advantageous, but not essential:
- Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, SC-400 or AZ-140 (If you don't have these, we will help you acquire them).
- Experience with Defender for Endpoint, security hardening or Zero Trust architecture.
- Knowledge of other third-party tooling such as Robopack.
- Experience migrating from legacy tooling (SCCM, JAMF, MobileIron, Workspace ONE) to Intune.
- Experience designing BYOD, COPE or frontline worker device strategies.
- Knowledge of Copilot for M365 and Security Copilot.
