From employee relations and wellbeing to engagement and inclusion, youll help us create a positive, collaborative environment where people can thrive. Key Responsibilities as a People Advisor:
- Advise managers on policies, employment law, and best practice.
- Lead employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability processes.
- Manage the colleague lifecycle from onboarding to exit interviews.
- Drive wellbeing initiatives and support absence management.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through events and activities.
- Coordinate volunteering and work experience programmes.
- Manage benefits, payroll support, and holiday entitlements.
- Maintain accurate data and support audits.
What Were Looking For:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
- HR experience with strong knowledge of employment law and best practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) occasional travel required.
- UK right to work.
