An exciting opportunity arises for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join a rapidly growing Procurement team. This organisation is one of the best in their field and is looking for an additional resource to add to the already strong procurement individuals.

As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of the Procurement Team. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Raising processing of orders for a group of designated sites and business areas.
  • Resolving user and supplier order queries.
  • Liaising with accounts payable and site personnel to control, resolve, and minimise blocked invoices.
  • Providing admin support and reporting for the Procurement team as required.
  • Involved in reviewing commercial contracts.
  • Maintenance of Contracts profile, contract items, and pricing.
  • Supporting the Procurement team in arranging contract signatures.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Procurement Analyst position is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Purchasing and Sourcing.
  • Proficient in typing and data entry.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and computer systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
