The opportunity

You're a reliable driver of creative work, leading defined streams within medium-to-large projects. You shape creative territories from strategy and will be hands on to train junior talent to develop their craft, walking them through our tools, frameworks and ways of working. You're deepening your own originality and learning to connect great design with real commercial impact for clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop intelligent creative platforms from strategy that are distinctive and strong enough to travel beyond presentations.
  • Shape concept strategy and translate big ideas into systems and experiences that work across different touchpoints.
  • Create frameworks that scale coherently across channels and can be applied by the team.
  • Be in the room with clients, present the story to ignite excitement and buy in of creative solutions that will help them solve their brand or business challenges.
  • Inspire clients through local market knowledge of trends, articles, art, AI innovation by sending a monthly email bulletin / newsletter.
  • Go to market relevant creative events to feed inspiration and curiosity and understand the audiences to unlock iconic moves for our clients.
  • Lead junior designers, modelling pace and craft standards, providing feedback that helps them grow through a mix of side by side work, feedback, and worksession hackathons.
  • Delegate and oversee workflow across your team, coordinate with production and delivery teams on feasibility and cost.
  • Manage deadlines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring everything is accurate and on track.
  • Present work clearly to clients, framing decisions through our Three Lenses and showing how they connect to business outcomes.
  • Set and uphold standards from concept through to production-ready output.
  • Experiment with tools and methods that help us work smarter and share learning with the team.
  • Contribute to building our Academy content, sharing references and methods that strengthen our craft.
  • Speak at local University or College career forums or creative inspiration sessions, representing Interbrand and making connections with young talent.

Language skills

You must be fluent in either German or Spanish in addition to English.

Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and how design works across multiple channels. Proven track record of owning major workstreams from concept to delivery with measurable impact on client brand and business.
