The Opportunity
Growth happens when you find the right opportunities and bring the right team together. The Senior Manager, Growth hunts for prospects, builds trusted relationships, and coordinates pitches that win new business. You will manage smaller opportunities from first conversation through to proposal and support larger pitches as part of a collaborative cross‑disciplinary team, working across Interbrand to identify, scope, and close the work that matters.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage inbound opportunities, qualifying leads and moving them through the pitch process
- Own smaller pitches from start to finish, supporting larger pitches as part of a coordinated team
- Collaborate globally to find relevant case studies or evidence of previous experience when pitching for client work
- Write approaches and proposals with Client Partnership teams, translating briefs into compelling responses
- Build trusted relationships with prospects, becoming their first point of contact
- Gather intel and knowledge on the client’s RFP or similar pitch process frameworks
- Proactively gather information and context needed for an RFP
- Partner with delivery management to scope opportunities accurately and manage the process end to end keeping stakeholders updated
- Actively manage and review Salesforce to keep opportunities organized and visible
- Pursue outbound prospects through research, outreach, and relationship nurturing
- Work with marketing on targeted outbound campaigns
- Update senior management on pipeline progress and key opportunities
- Prepare and run reports for weekly team meetings and owning the meeting notes and action items
- Listen to feedback from clients and colleagues and use it to strengthen pitch process or pitch content
- Work with Client Partnerships to create case studies that can be used for new business as well as marketing purposes
What we’re looking for
Experience
- Previous new‑business, sales or growth roles in an agency environment or adjacent industry
- Proven success identifying and closing new opportunities, ultimately increasing revenue by generation and conversion of leads

- Comfortable working across offices and across teams
- Builds rapport and trust easily both internally and externally with prospective clients
- Energizes teams around a common goal
- Responds thoughtfully to feedback from clients and colleagues
- Always looking at ways to improve the pitch process in terms of efficiencies, timings and quality output
