The opportunity

At Interbrand you will create iconic work that defines customer expectations across the globe and creates growth for all. We're looking for someone passionate about design, making stuff real, and pushing the boundaries of ideas. You understand what motivates people in the real world and can apply creativity and thinking to deliver work that makes a difference to their experience. You'll work across all our disciplines, collaborating with strategy, design, production, and new business teams to bring motion thinking into every project we deliver.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate across creative and production to create exceptionally integrated motion experiences within the work
  • Translate, create, and extend brand visual equity into motion across all interactions
  • Build motion into a set of principles that support, build, and extend our Experience Principles
  • Deliver compelling stories through film, moving assets and other forms of motion
  • Push the boundaries to constantly challenge the level of output at Interbrand
  • Understand UX and how motion relates to real experience and interaction, including how it connects to haptics, voice and sonic
  • Work confidently alone and as part of a wider team to solve creative briefs
  • Work across the entire process, from initial creative exploration to final execution
  • Take ownership and iterate on specific workstreams within projects and manage all related deliverables
  • Commercially drive how we incorporate motion design upfront in the creative process
  • Work with new business on driving differentiated pitches that bring to life narratives to inspire clients
  • Focus on the details that turn complexity into simplicity so clients can work with the assets produced
  • Manage your time working effectively working closely with Delivery Management
  • Work with client teams to grow relationships and help identify award entry opportunities
  • Grow others and actively look for ways to inspire and teach
  • Be part of building an inclusive culture

What we’re looking for

Experience

Your portfolio demonstrates exceptional creative talent across brand identity and multiple mediums including film, animated assets, and interactive motion. You’re an expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in Cinema 4D, RedShift, or Octane valued. You’re comfortable working on complex programs and have proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

You’re comfortable working across hubs and teams. Clients trust you to provide informed and actionable advice on an ongoing basis. You recognize different communication styles and adapt your own approach to different situations and audiences. You actively look to inspire and teach others.

Curiosity

You actively look to new places for inspiration and stay current on how motion thinking is evolving across technology, tools, and audience expectations and with the fast-evolving technologies of AI.

Commerciality

You anticipate where motion adds real value to client challenges and business outcomes and work closely with teams across organic and net new opportunities. You deliver solutions that are easy for clients to integrate into their workflows and support change management and governance.
