Purpose of Role: We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who is excited about building and maintaining a Salesforce environment that truly makes a difference to our business. You will have a proven skillset that spans the full declarative tool set and be an evangelist for Salesforce within the business. You will be a strong team player who thrives on highly collaborative projects. You will join our Salesforce DevOps team that is responsible for architecting, building, and supporting our Operational IT systems. You will be expected to help drive our adoption of Salesforce and provide first-class support to our customers. You will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle from inception to ongoing support and monitoring. At each phase, you will be expected to make a positive impact on our deliverables to aid the business in making the most of its investment in Salesforce technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Core Responsibilities: Platform Administration ensure data harmonization and activation health.
- Security particularly Service Cloud expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud Voice, Einstein AI features, and Agentforce.
- Familiarity with Data Cloud and OwnBackup.
- Strong skills in Flows, Lightning App Builder, reports/dashboards, and AI configuration.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Einstein Bots, Next Best Action, and AI model tuning.
- Familiarity with Agentforce roadmap.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Einstein AI, OwnBackup.
- Familiarity with Splunk for monitoring, logging, and operational analytics.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, FCA, SOX).
