PURPOSE OF ROLE: We are looking for an experienced Senior Copywriter (Pensions) to join our content team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pensions, including SIPPs (Self-Invested Personal Pensions), retirement planning, and pension regulations. You will be responsible for producing clear, engaging, and authoritative content that helps investors understand their pension options, make informed decisions, and navigate complex pension rules with ease. Your work will be instrumental in enhancing our reputation as a go-to destination for pensions content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write and edit high-quality articles, guides, and reports on pensions and retirement planning.
- Simplify complex pension topics into accessible, engaging, and informative content.
- Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with UK pensions regulations and guidelines.
- Work closely with internal teams, including compliance, marketing, and product specialists, to ensure consistency and alignment with the company’s strategy.

SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Essential:
- Proven experience writing about pensions, SIPPs, and retirement planning, ideally for a financial services company, media publication, or regulatory body.
- Strong understanding of UK pension rules, tax implications, and retirement investment strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to simplify technical content for a broad audience.
- Familiarity with FCA guidelines and compliance considerations for financial content.
