Purpose Of The Role
The Marketing Effectiveness Lead will play a key role in measuring and improving the performance of our marketing activities. You will work closely with data, finance and commercial teams to ensure our marketing spend is effective and our campaigns deliver measurable results. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape the approach to marketing effectiveness from the ground up and embed it within the business.
Brand and Design Purpose
You will help bring the ii brand to life across multiple channels as we move toward the next chapter of our Brand story. You could design a social media marketing campaign, a press advert, a website banner or an event stand. Our Design & Production team works at pace across a wide variety of projects. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious graphic designer who is comfortable owning projects, following brand guidelines, and pushing boundaries.
You will explore ways to tell our story and communicate complex information in simple, engaging terms. While design is central, you are also a good communicator who thrives in a team environment and can both articulate feedback and receive it.
Key Responsibilities
- Create brand, marketing and general business assets for multi-channel use, including campaign creative, digital display, social and print assets, PDF/Print materials, newsletters and event collateral, including PowerPoint presentations
- Storyboard and present ideas clearly
- Work collaboratively with Brand team and channel owners
- Interpret briefs and challenge them where necessary
- Ensure the ii brand is protected through creative and tone of voice
- Act as brand guardian across all collateral, ensuring consistent application of our brand identity
- Keep campaigns aligned with Legal or Risk obligations
Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, with good knowledge of Figma and MS Office
- Familiarity with Adobe Animate and After Effects is desirable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and a busy workload, often against tight deadlines
- Experience working to brand guidelines
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
- Proven ability to collaborate and build working relationships
- Awareness of the investing industry is desirable but not essential
