Purpose of the role: The Marketing Effectiveness Lead will play a key role in measuring and improving the performance of our marketing activities. You will work closely with data, finance and commercial teams to ensure our marketing spend is effective, and our campaigns deliver measurable results. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape the approach to marketing effectiveness from the ground up and embed it within the business.
