Overview

In this role, you will provide bilingual technical and user support for Interactive Brokers platforms to Spanish-speaking clients.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve bugs and issues, ensuring prompt, effective solutions.

You’ll handle desktop, mobile, and web offerings across Windows, mac OS, Linux, Android, and i OS.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to clients via phone, chat, and ticketing channels
  • Deliver technical and functional support for IB platforms across desktop, mobile, and web
  • Troubleshoot issues on Windows, mac OS, Linux, Android, and i OS apps
  • Investigate, diagnose, and escalate client-reported problems to appropriate teams
  • Manage and improve problem resolution for wide-scale technical issues
  • Key requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (other European languages a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree; technical field preferred
  • 2+ years in a client-facing support role
  • 2+ years’ experience with Windows and Mac software and connectivity support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented
  • Experience with support ticketing systems
  • Adaptability to a changing technical environment
  • Initiative to learn new skills and stay updated on trends
