Class 1 (HGV Class 1) Drivers Wanted

Locations: Retford/Doncaster

We're currently looking for several reliable Class 1 drivers to join our team following the growing operation of our long standing client in Doncaster and Wakefield. If you're on the search for regular weekday work, consistent hours, and straightforward deliveries, this could be the role for you.

The Job

  • Monday to Friday work
  • Occasional weekend overtime available
  • Mainly day shifts, with some night shifts available
  • Usually around 50 hours per week consistently
  • RDC deliveries to well known customers
  • Curtain-side trailers
  • Simply open the curtains at delivery – the forklift driver unloads the vehicle
  • Sweep out the trailer every few drops – very little manual work involved

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
  • Driver CPC
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Reliable and professional attitude
  • Committed to the role
  • Minimum 6 points for minor offences
