£13.93 per hour Job Responsibilities: Booking in inbound deliveries on the warehouse management system and allocating to put-away locations Raising and processing goods received notes, purchase orders, and delivery discrepancy reports Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting cycle count reconciliation Liaising with transport and operations teams on collection scheduling and dispatch paperwork Handling customer and supplier queries relating to orders, shortages, and returns Producing shift productivity reports and KPI summaries for the operations manager Filing and archiving delivery documentation in compliance with retention policies Experience: Experience working within a Warehouse Administrator position previously (Minimum 6-Months) IT literate with high competence in Excel.
