The Role
- Point of contact for customers whose vehicles are in for servicing, MOT's and repairs.
- Keep customers informed of progress and advise of extra work if required.
- Booking in vehicles for recalls.
- Letting customers know vehicles are ready for collection.
- Organise car loan bookings.
- Process payments for the services required.
- Being the first point of contact when customers enter the establishment and ensuring they have a warm and welcome introduction.
- Communication with customers through a variety of platforms to update them on the status of their vehicle as well as making them aware of any extra work needed and upselling any additional products.
- Working effectively with a team of highly skilled technicians to prioritise customers' wants and needs whilst adhering to a demanding schedule.
- Build personal relationships with customers, making sure they felt heard and valued throughout their experience with the company.
