The Role
As an LGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering Trade supplies to depots across the UK. You will be driving a curtain-sided vehicle and making multiple drops in a shift (3 – 6). You will be offloaded on-site by an FLT, there is no handball required as part of this role.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid LGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence with at least 24 months’ recent driving experience
- A valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Experience driving curtain-sided vehicles
- A clean licence or no more than 6 penalty points
- Experience in multi-drop deliveries
- Excellent customer service experience
Working Hours
Monday to Friday. Start times between 17:30 – 20:00.
Pay Rates
- £20.58 p/h (PAYE)
- OT1 - Time and a Half - £29.27 – Applied for shifts over 9.25 hours and Saturdays.
- OT2 - Double Time - £37.95 – Applied for shifts on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
