Our Watford office is expanding, and we are looking to bring in experienced Recruitment Consultants who are capable of opening new business and building a successful temp desk, with a focus on the Industrial sector, covering both temporary and permanent recruitment.
The Role
This is a 360 recruitment role suited to someone who is not only experienced in recruitment but also passionate about growing new business and building their own temp desk. You will be responsible for:
- Opening new business and developing new client relationships
- Growing and managing your own temp desk (with the option of expanding into perm as well)
- Placing high-quality candidates into Industrial roles
- Managing and nurturing client accounts to maximise revenue
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
- Developing and executing a strategy to grow your desk from scratch
You’ll have the autonomy to run your desk your way, with full support behind you.
