Job Title: FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative Location: Washington Pay: £12.50 per hour (increasing once fully trained) Hours: Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:15 Friday: 07:30 – 13:30 Some overtime available once fully trained About the Role We\’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Reach Truck licence to join our busy team. You\’ll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, so we need someone with strong experience who can hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities: Operating the Reach Truck safely and efficiently General warehouse duties (picking, packing, loading, unloading) Stock rotation and maintaining accurate inventory records Supporting smooth day-to-day operations What We\’re Looking For: In-date Reach Truck licence with hands-on experience driving it Strong background in warehouse operations Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to business needs What We Offer: £12.50 per hour starting rate Consistent working hours with an early Friday finish Overtime opportunities once familiar with processes INDNC
